It’s on the second floor with elevator of a ’70 building with doorman service.
Entering in the apartment, from the hall, on the right, there is modern living room with a comfortable sofa, the TV, table and chairs.
Fully equipped kitchenette, with gas hob, electric oven, microwave, refrigerator/freezer and a small dish washer.
Nice balcony facing the quiet courtyard, with an awning, table and chairs.
In the aisle there is a useful shoe rack and from here you can go to the 2 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms.
One of the bedroom has a double bed, a desk and huge wardrobe. Here there is the other balcony, facing the street, but it’s a quiet street.
Nearby the bedroom, there is one of the 2 bathrooms, with chromotherapy shower and bidet.
The other bedroom has 2 single beds, a desk and a wardrobe. It’s facing the inner courtyard.
The second bathroom has a chromotherapy shower as well, the bidet, the window and the washing machine.

What we liked the most
Safe residential area, very well serviced by public transports. Any kind of shop and service is walking distance. Via Gressoney is quiet small street. Lodi M3 yellow line metro station is 15 minutes walking. It takes 23 minutes by the tram nr. 16 to directly reach Duomo square.
The apartment is located: – 20 minutes by the bus nr. 84 from Marangoni – 20 minutes by bus nr. 90 from Bocconi – 28 minutes by bus nr. 90 from NABA – 21 minutes by bus nr. 91 from Politecnico di Milano.
