In the living area there are a sofa, the TV and a bookcase. The bedroom has a double bed and a wardrobe. From the bedroom you can go to the balcony with a nice open view from the 4th floor. From the living room you can go the bathroom, with shower and a window on the ceiling. AC and high speed internet connection.

Safe residential area, between Navigli district and Bocconi, 15 minutes from Duomo directly by the tram nr 3. Just going out from the building, you can start to enjoy a nice walk with cool shop windows and having a coffee in the nice bars of the neighbourhood. The lively and popular Navigli and Ticinese districts are in the same area. Typical restaurants, art galleries, gyms, a park for running, clubs, banks and any other shop and service are walking distance. Bocconi and NABA Universities are 15 minutes walking. Istituto Marangoni, Università degli Studi (Statale), IULM, Cattolica and IED are very good connected by public transports. Porta Genova metro station is 20 minutes walking or 10 minutes by tram.
