The area is very well serviced by public transport, walking distance from the metro and in the coming months there will be a new station right next door (Bolivar – Washington M4). Supermarkets and other shops are all within walking distance from the apartment. It’s close to the Navigli area and good to reach NABA, Bocconi, and IULM universities. But also any other place in the city, thanks to the metro.

Comfortable and spacious 1-bedroom apartment on the 4th floor with elevator, of a building with an elevator. Bright living room with a sofa double bed, TV, a desk, a large bookcase and a spacious balcony. From the living room, you can go to the fully equipped kitchen with a microwave, electric oven, gas hob and refrigerator/freezer. Also, the bedroom is large and comfortable, with a queen-sized bed, a desk, and a wardrobe. Bathroom with a shower, bidet, washing machine and a window. The apartment also has high-speed internet. => Construction across the street from the balcony is going to be a brand-new metro station.
