This apartment is located on the first floor of a building which is not equipped with an elevator. Wi-fi is installed and it is activated.
Cleaning Service: Regular cleaning services are included in the rent. The shared spaces will be cleaned once a week and rooms will be cleaned once a month.
The cleaning service includes: Bathrooms (weekly); Corridor (floor and basic cleaning, weekly); Kitchen (floor and basic cleaning, weekly); NOT dishes; the dishes need to be done by the students themselves.
Garbage: The garbage from the kitchen must be disposed at least twice a week by the tenants. The garbage must be disposed in the condominium garbage cans on the ground floor. All flatmates are equally responsible for the disposal of garbage.
Private self-service laundry: The property has a special agreement with the private self-service laundry 'All Wash'. 'All Wash' is located 4 minutes by foot from the apartment. On arrival you receive an "ALL WASH" self-service laundry voucher-key for 12 washings.

The student apartment has two private single rooms and a shared twin room which can be rented by the bed. Tenants will share use of one bathroom, and a kitchen also featuring a dining area. Wi-Fi is already installed and a cleaning service is included in the rent, which covers common room cleaning once a week and bedrooms once a month. The neighbourhood is home to the Bovisa Campus of the Politecnico technical University of Milan, so this flat is perfect for students studying at that campus. The apartment is also very convenient to public transport for those wanting to travel in the centre of Milan.
