È composto da una cucina completa di tutto (posate, pentole, piatti, forno elettrico, frigo, freezer), un bagno con wc, bidet, vasca, box doccia, lavatrice e phon.
Due camere, quindici mq entrambe, già arredata e ha un armadio a quattro ante molto spazioso, dove dentro fornisco già tutte le coperte, lenzuola e federe, un letto singolo e una scrivania.
C'è anche un ripostiglio, e tutti gli utensili utili come ferro da stiro, stendino, aspirapolvere scopa stracci ecc...
