It consists of an entrance hall leading to a habitable kitchen, 3 bedrooms, 2 of which are double and 1 single, and 2 bathrooms. The apartment is approximately 90 square meters.
Viale Martini is located a few hundred meters from Piazzale Corvetto, at the intersection with Corso Lodi, one of the oldest and most important access roads to the city, with heavy traffic, well connected and full of commercial activities of all kinds. In the area, in addition to the yellow Corvetto M3 subway, there are many surface transport. A few steps from the apartment are bus lines number 77, 84, 93 and 95.
