Important: please notice that after booking confirmation you can contact the landlord at the email that will be shared, while, after the contract signature, you will be able to get in touch with them by you private area in their website.
Furthermore, in case of bookings longer than 2 months, besides the first month rent paid to Spotahome, a second month rent is required before move-in.
Included in the rent: contract fee and admin fee. Special conditions are applied for the Summer months only. If you wish to extend your stay, contact directly your landlord, different price and conditions apply from September/October.

Get an answer in 24h or less
The Landlord has 24 hours to respond to your booking request. If they accept, your payment method will be charged and we will put you in contact with the Landlord. If they don’t accept, no worries, you won't be charged and we'll help you find alternatives.
Move in
Arrange your move-in date, key collection and anything else directly with your Landlord. As an extra security step, we will only transfer the first month's rent to the Landlord 48 hours after you move in, unless you contact us with a problem.
Remember: you have 24h to check your new home
If the property is significantly different to what our listing promised, let us know within 24h since you move in so that we can work to resolve it.
