Furthermore, in case of bookings longer than 1 month, besides the first month rent paid to Spotahome, the resting amount is required before move-in.
Included in the rent: contract fee and admin fee. Special conditions are applied for the Summer months only. If you wish to extend your stay, contact directly your landlord, different price and conditions apply from September/October.
