The 85m2 apartment is ideal for students as it is located very close to University Politecnico di Milano and has plenty of transportation options that can take you to other universities as well as the city centre. The surrounding area is full of green streets, beautiful buildings and plenty of restaurants where you can enjoy some of the most delicious Italian food you will ever taste.

BEDS for rent IN SHARED ROOMS: your request will be accepted only if the gender of the other roommate in the room is the same as yours, otherwise you will receive alternative options.
IMPORTANT: in case of bookings shorter than 6 months, the monthly rent shown increases by an extra 80€ for a room/bed in a shared apartment, 100€ for a studio and 160€ for one bedroom apartments.
The landlord admin fee is calculated according to the total contract value, therefore it will vary depending on the length of your stay.
Monthly cleaning of common areas is included in the price of rent

You can reach University Politecnico di Milano in 15 minutes by foot or 10 minutes by bus number 91 from V.le Romagna P.le Susa station.
