Condivido bel appartamento di cento mq, arredato nuovo, settimo piano, luminosissimo, composto da cucinotto, tinello, ampia sala, due camere grandi (una libera con possibilità di letto matrimoniale e una per me), due bagni, due ripostigli, due balconi, riscaldamento centralizzato, Internet, posto bici, portineria part time, facilità di parcheggio gratuito sotto casa. Il costo è comprensivo di TUTTE le spese/utenze. Io lavoro, sono una consulente aziendale, amo l'ordine e la pulizia, no animali, no fumatori.
