The apartment in via Lorenteggio is a shared multi-room apartment for university students, interns or young workers. The apartment measures approximately 110 square meters and is located on the raised ground floor of a residential condominium. It consists of a large entrance hall with TV and sofa, 4 single bedrooms, 1 bathroom and eat-in kitchen. The apartment has recently been renovated and refurbished in furnishings and fittings.
The apartment is located near Piazza Bolivar and very close to Piazza Napoli, in a strategic position in the Solari district and adjacent to the Circonvallazione. A short distance away is Via Tortona and just 2 km away is Porta Genova. Outside the building is the stop for line 50, and just over 200 meters away is the stop for lines 90 and 91, which runs along the entire ring road and therefore allows you to reach university areas such as Bocconi. In the street parallel to Lorenteggio, in Via Giambellino, just 400 meters from the apartment, is the stop for line 14 which allows you to reach the Sant'Agostino and Sant'Ambrogio districts and the center of Milan. About 1 km away is Via Tortona, the street where Milan Fashion Week takes place, and where numerous companies such as Deloitte Consulting have their headquarters. The apartment on Via Lorenteggio is therefore ideal for both university students from Bocconi or Cattolica, and for young workers from the many companies located in the area. The neighborhood is served by every type of commercial activity: supermarkets, shops, bars, restaurants, take-aways and gyms.
