Consisting of two bedrooms, 1 single and 1 shared, 1 bathroom, and a large entrance hall with kitchen and living area, the apartment is located on the third floor without a lift of a small residential building. It has recently been renovated and refurbished in furnishings and fittings.
The apartment is located a few dozen meters from Piazza Miani, which in addition to offering numerous commercial establishments, guarantees excellent communication via public transport both in the direction of Famagosta and in the direction of Navigli. The M2 Famagosta stop can be reached both on foot and by public transport in a few minutes, while from Piazza Miani you can take bus lines 47, 74, 95, 98, 71 and the night bus NM2. The area is equipped with all services: a stone's throw from supermarkets, shops, bars, restaurants and take-aways.
