The apartment is approximately 120 square meters and is located on the third floor of a residential building.
Via Pollak is a perpendicular of via Novara, San Siro area, which through via Rembrandt allows you to reach the center (De Angeli area) in a few minutes. The area is served by many public transport lines: under the house, less than 100 meters away, there are the bus stops 64, 78, 80, 423 and the purple metro stops M5 San Siro Stadio (about 800 meters away) and San Siro Ippodromo (about 1 km away). The area is equipped with all services: under the house there is an Esselunga, along via Novara there are shops, bars, restaurants and take-aways.
