Fullly furnished apt located in a really elegant quite building with guardian all the day. Sourrounded by an elegant park. Each room has to share kitchen and the two bathrooms with the tenants of the other rooms. Utilities include all bills as: electricity gas heating rubbish water house administration costs insurance. elegant and central neighborhood, very welcoming, clean and trendy full of typical restaurants and bars.
Close to Salone del Design and Fashion area Tortona Savona. Very convenient for reaching all the universities including Cattolica, Bocconi, Iulm,
