This apartment is located on the first floor of a building which is not equipped with an elevator. Wi-Fi is installed and activated in the property. Communal areas are cleaned daily while the tenants' bedrooms will be cleaned once a week.

Five wonderful rooms are available for rent in a large 6 bathroom flatshare, located on via Pietro Marocco, in a well-connected area of Milano Centrale, close to several tramways, metro stations as well Milano Centrale, one of the main stations of the city. The large 160m2 apartment faces a quiet interior courtyard, guaranteeing a peaceful sleep for all tenants. You can find several restaurants in the surrounding area, along with a cinema and various shops, providing you with everything you might need.
What we liked the most
- You will be well-connected with the rest of the city and close to Milano Centrale.
- Four of the rooms feature private bathrooms!
- All utility bills are included in the rent and tenants will be provided with fresh bed linen.
Things to keep in mind
- Please note that the kitchen took place of the "common terrace" that you can see in the floor plan.
