It's a spacious studio apartment in a very convenient position to reach Milan with transportation, but also very quiet and with a small garden at exclusive disposal of the tenant, where you can enjoy a meal or a coffee break! The studio is on the ground floor of a modern villa which only contains 2 apartments, it has high ceiling and a mezzanine floor where you can find your bedroom area. The apartment also includes a fully equipped kitchen, a double sofa bed, an elegant bathroom, storage areas, bug screens, floor heating and all appliances needed to live comfortably (A/C, washing machine, oven, microwave, dishwasher, coffee machine, electric kettle and electric shutters). There are solar panels on the roof so bills are cheaper than you would expect. This is ideal for someone who studies/works in Milan but wants to live outside of the chaos of the city: you can get to the closest subway stop with a 10-minutes walk and reach Piazza Duomo with a 20-minutes ride.
