Practical apartment equipped with everything you need to stay in a dynamic and smart way. Ideal for young people and tourists looking for a space to use as a support for the night and prepare a small breakfast.
The accommodation is not recommended to those who are looking for a house "to live" or to those who intend to use assiduously the kitchenette to prepare hearty lunches or dinners.
The apartment number 507 of about 25sqm is located on the fifth floor with elevator (which goes up to the fourth floor, so you have to climb the stairs from the fourth floor to the fifth) of an elegant Milanese building with concierge, has all the main amenities and is organized as follows:
-LOWER LEVEL with relaxation area with sofa and small kitchenette with 2 burner hob, kettle, small refrigerator.
Bathroom with bidet and small shower. dimensions shower box 65cmx65cm; from shower tray to ceiling height 2,20m; in sink area - mirror from the ground height about 1,75m
-UPPER LEVEL (accessible via internal stairs) with double bed
The 2 levels are not acoustically isolated from each other and there are no doors separating them
Additional services available: air conditioning with split, central heating, unlimited wifi.
Please note: there are washing machines and dryers in the building on the floor -1 shared with other guests. They are active every day from 8 am to 7 pm. There are 5 steps at the entrance before reaching the elevator.
