La linea verde è quella che passa dalla Stazione Centrale di Milano. Da Loreto sono 5 minuti di metro.

Costi aggiuntivi € 150 per pulizia finale, € 1000 quale deposito cauzionale che verrà restituito, alla fine del soggiorno, previo controllo che tutto sia in ordine così come consegnato all'inquilino, entro 10 giorni dal termine del soggiorno. Se si dovessero riscontrare danni dal deposito sarà trattenuto la relativa somma, dopo aver riparato eventuali danni. La somma eventualmente eccedente sarà restituita Chek-in e chek-out sono flessibili da concordare.,le spese elettriche sono comprese fino a un importo di € 80, la somma eventualmente eccedente dovrà essere pagata a parte.

Additional costs € 150 for final cleaning, € 1000 as a security deposit which will be returned at the end of the stay, after checking that everything is in order as delivered to the tenant, within 10 days of the end of the stay. If damages are found from the deposit, the relative sum will be withheld, after having repaired any damages. Any excess amount will be refunded.Electricity costs are included up to an amount of €80, any excess amount must be paid separately.

Gastos adicionales 150€ de limpieza final, 1000€ de fianza que se devolverá al final de la estancia, tras comprobar que todo está en orden tal y como se entregó al inquilino, dentro de los 10 días siguientes al final de la estancia. Si se constatan desperfectos, se retendrá del depósito la cantidad correspondiente, una vez reparados los desperfectos. Cualquier exceso será reembolsado. El check-in y el check-out son flexibles a convenir. Los gastos de electricidad están incluidos hasta un importe de 80€, cualquier exceso deberá pagarse por separado.
