Refined studio apartment well connected to the city center near the Central Station. Completely renovated in 2015, each space has been expertly designed to ensure comfort and habitability. The exposed bricks and parquet were chosen to warm the environment and adapt to the Art Nouveau context of the building reflected in the glass windows. The kitchen is essential, functional and intimate, ideal for romantic dinners or aperitifs standing on the counter. The minimum space does not preclude the quality of livability: the sleeping area on the mezzanine guarantees privacy compared to the relaxation area with the sofa and TV. Small dimensions with big possibilities. The Neighborhood The nearby central station offers a shopping center with shops and a supermarket open until late at night. From here the yellow line metro passes to directly reach Piazza Duomo or the green line to reach Porta Garibaldi with the Unicredit skyscrapers, Bosco Verticale and the Palazzo della Regione. Corso Como, a favorite nightlife destination, and the Isola district, with its trattorias and underground clubs, are also easily reachable.

Move in
Arrange your move-in date, key collection and anything else directly with your Landlord. As an extra security step, we will only transfer the first month's rent to the Landlord 48 hours after you move in, unless you contact us with a problem.
Remember: you have 24h to check your new home
If the property is significantly different to what our listing promised, let us know within 24h since you move in so that we can work to resolve it.
