Casa Caffiero is a small but charming flat located in the historic center of Milan, opposite the Sforzesco Castle and only a minute’s walk from the Brera artistic district with its numerous charming restaurants, fashion boutiques, museums and galleries. The flat is across the street from the Sempione Gardens and only a few minutes walk from the Duomo. Lanza underground station is only 150m from the house. The flat is in the internal courtyard of a beautiful historic building and there is a porter service in the mornings. It is ideal for foreign students looking for a quiet but safe place to stay in Milan.
The flat has been recently renovated and is equipped with all necessary commodities, including a small but functional kitchen with a small fridge, hobs and a microwave, a small bathroom with shower, a double bed, a small dining table, a desk, a large cupboard and a washing machine. The flat has air conditioning and wi-fi.
