Wonderful flat next to Bocconi University and in a very central area of Milan. Equipped with all comforts and suitable for all types of stay. No air conditioning. Significant renovation works are currently underway in this building, impacting both the internal common areas and the external façade extensively. In light of these substantial renovations, prices have been adjusted to be low.

Bright flat next to Bocconi University and in a very central area of Milan. Equipped with all comforts (air conditioning, WiFi, washing machine) and suitable for all types of stay. No elevator.
Things to keep in mind
IMPORTANT: Significant renovation works are currently underway in this building, impacting both the internal common areas and the external façade extensively. In light of these substantial renovations, prices have been adjusted to be low. The consequence is no A/C and no Wi-fi for the entire duration of the renovation. We cannot estimate when the renovation will terminate.

NB THIS LANDLORD REQUIRES 300€ ADMIN FEE PER MONTH, that should be paid month by month and includes a bi-weekly cleaning of the apartment with bed linen and towels change, the contract registration tax and the constant support during the booking. Please, note that the cleaning does not include dish washing.

Move in
Arrange your move-in date, key collection and anything else directly with your Landlord. As an extra security step, we will only transfer the first month's rent to the Landlord 48 hours after you move in, unless you contact us with a problem.

If the property is significantly different to what our listing promised, let us know within 24h since you move in so that we can work to resolve it.
