This approx. 45 square meter, very bright attic apartment is in the countryside in a very quiet, safe and yet centrally located residential area. The rooms are in a 6-family house, has its own entrance and free parking spaces are in front of the house. It is a 10-minute walk to the Tram 1 (airport 25 minutes, Octoberfest 15 minutes and city center 15 minutes) to the metro 3 (city center 20 minutes and exhibition center 1 hour) and busses. The apartment has been completely renovated and lovingly furnished.
The apartment is divided into a living/bedroom with a double bed (200cm x 160cm), a pull-out leather sofa bed (160cm x 200cm), so space for 2 people + 2 people in the sofa bed.
There is a large built-in closet, stereo, and flat screen
The fitted kitchen offers seating for 4 people and is equipped with a microwave, kettle, coffee maker, toaster, dishwasher, fridge with freezer compartment, electric cooker with ceramic hob. All the dishes you need for cooking and eating (pots, pans, cutlery, crockery, glasses, etc .) is available.
