My flatmate is moving to a new location, and I'll also be working 50% of the time outside of Munich in the near future. But: the apartment is too nice to give up... and the same goes for Munich. ​ Why you're looking for a room in a shared flat in Munich - it doesn't matter. Everyone is welcome - whether you're doing your first degree, a second degree, are a first timer in Munich, are looking to reorient yourself or simply have a job in Munich with your family somewhere else and just don't want to waste time in a boarding house or serviced apartment. ​ You get what you see. Kitchen-living room with extra pantry, giant LG fridge-freezer combo, ceramic hob, dishwasher, washing machine and a dining table for 5, and more people if it gets tight. ​ Balcony: just for the nice drink... and there's a garden downstairs where no one minds if you use it now and then if the people don't fit on the balcony. Living room/lobby for free use. Small guest room with 140cm bed and small closet - free for use... with occupancy by arrangement Extra storage room with condenser dryer and enough shelves - space for everything that doesn't fit in the room.
