The apartment is right next to the Nymphenburgerstraße, where you can find everything you need - from restaurants and cafes to shops and supermarkets. The train station is also just across the street. The totally restored building offers a nice atmosphere, from the beautiful entrance to the high ceilings and modern furniture in all rooms.

Although the type of contract is fortnightly, please notice that (as only exception) in December contracts can only end on 31/12.

Move in
Arrange your move-in date, key collection and anything else directly with your Landlord. As an extra security step, we will only transfer the first month's rent to the Landlord 48 hours after you move in, unless you contact us with a problem.
Remember: you have 24h to check your new home
