E' situato in piena zona archeologica, con famose terme antiche e impianti termali moderni a pochi passi dal mare. Dal porto di di Pozzuoli (due km) partono traghetti per le isole e visite guidate in barca alla città sommersa di Baia. A pochi mt dalla villa ci sono famose pizzerie e ristoranti di cucina tipica.
