The streets are very quiet, despite being only a few minutes' walk from the city wall, the Avenidas, and Plaza Mayor. - Directly opposite is the charming Teatro Xesc Forteza. - The shared terrace with a view over the bay is a communal area. Please use the furniture there considerately. - The area is a traffic-calmed zone. Parking can be arranged upon request. The airport bus is five minutes away. **NO VACATION RENTALS**.
