House in Es Mercadal for renting to people coming to Menorca to work, for courses, events, etc. Excellent location in a pedestrian area. Es Mercadal is a beautiful village that preserves the authentic atmosphere and offers a full range of services. It is in the centre of the island, so you can easily reach any part in less than twenty minutes. Ground floor with living room, bathroom and kitchen connected to a small patio leading to the terrace. First floor with two bedrooms with ceiling fans. The top floor is a roof terrace, ideal for dining, lounging and sunbathing. The house maintains the facilities and charm of the seventies.
