Our beautiful, refurbished apartment is located on the 8th floor with elevator, and will offer you height, brightness and a superb view of the Eiffel Tower and the rooftops of Paris from the balcony.

Our flat is located in the heart of the 17th arrondissement in the Pereire district, an emblematic crossroads linking several of Paris's major avenues. The streets adjacent to the flat are full of boutiques, local shops, bakeries, cafés and restaurants. The area is lively yet retains a pleasant residential atmosphere. Explore the cobbled streets of this popular area, a 12-minute walk from the beautiful Parc Monceau, and soak up the authentic atmosphere of Paris.
The flat's accessibility is a strong point. The surrounding metro stations and especially the RER C will make it easy for you to get around, with direct access to the Opéra Garnier, the Eiffel Tower, the Louvre Museum

Arrival during the WEEK
- Check-in: between 3pm and 6pm
- An agent will contact you to plan your arrival and discuss key collection arrangements. Early check-in: between 10am and 3pm, subject to availability.
- Late check-in: between 7pm and 11pm, you'll need to collect the keys from our office.
WEEKEND arrival Saturday or Sunday: between 3pm and 11pm
Keys will be collected from our office near the Arc de Triomphe. We'll make sure your arrival goes smoothly, and we'll be happy to answer any questions you may have.
Last minute booking : For all bookings made up to 48 hours before your arrival, we reserve the right to hand over the key at our office one near to L’ Arc de Triomphe.
IMPORTANT:
Cleaning fee between 100 € and 250 € , depending on the surface of the studio/ apartment. You pay it only once for all your stay.

The Landlord has 24 hours to respond to your booking request. If they accept, your payment method will be charged and we will put you in contact with the Landlord. If they don’t accept, no worries, you won't be charged and we'll help you find alternatives.
The safety of our tenants and owners is our priority.
Once your reservation at this property is accepted, we will ask you for some additional information. It will only take you a few minutes and you will only need the following documents:

If you’re considering an early exit from your lease, it’s important to let your landlord know 30 days in advance unless your agreement specifies otherwise. Failing to provide this notice means you’re still liable for the rent during that period, even if you’ve moved out.
