It overlooks the interior courtyard, so it’s quiet and you’ll get enough rest on the double bed. Back in the bathroom, you’ll find a washing machine, which is super convenient. There is also a shower cabinet. The main living space is open-concept. It also has a gorgeous French balcony, which allows plenty of natural light to spill in. The kitchenette is modern and fully equipped, but compact. The rest of the room is warm and cozy, with a 3-seat dining table, TV, sofa bed and shelving.
If you love theater, you’re going to adore living in the 9th arrondissement. Three theaters, including Le Trianon, are around the corner. The famous Palais Garnier is at the other end of the neighborhood. However, the 25-minute walk is worth it to just to see the “Wedding Cake”, as it’s called. Prefer movies? The Louxor/Palais Du Cinéma is 4 minutes away. And just so you know, you’re in danger of becoming a food critic living here. The area is densely populated with restaurants! There are plenty of shops and boutiques, too. You can pick up groceries any day of the week at the Franprix just 4 minutes away. Or you can wait until Friday, when there is a fresh produce and food market in Square d'Anvers around the corner.
