The apartment is ideally situated in the 15th arrondissement which is home to the man-made island île aux Cygnes. Our apartment is also within walking distance of multiple attractions. The apartment has all the essential amenities required for your full comfort during your stay!

The kitchen is fully equipped with essential cookware and cutleries that you’ll need to whip up a delicious meal including a microwave, a fridge, and an oven.
The bedroom contains a double bed with hotel-quality linens and multiple storage spaces. The bathroom has all the amenities you’ll need to freshen up such as a shower, a toilet, and a sink.
Fresh towels and free toiletries will also be supplied for your convenience.
The flat is always professionally cleaned and strategically sanitized for your safety.

Renting this apartment requires a lease signature, constituting a legal obligation to be made in parallel with the reservation. Please note that you must complete the mandatory contract signing before your check-in.
There is a zero-tolerance policy for smoking on the property. If our team discovers any evidence that this rule has been breached (e.g., smoke smell, ashes, butts, etc.), we fully reserve the right to charge a €300 smoking fee, at minimum.
