Modernly furnished, this one-bedroom apartment has all the essentials you will need to have a pleasant stay. It can accommodate up to 2 guests, making it ideal for couples. It is located in the 13th arrondissement, near many local attractions (e.g. Gobelins Manufactory) and close to Les Gobelins station, so guests can easily explore all the city has to offer.

Homely and modernly furnished, this lovely apartment offers you all the essentials and comfort you need for an extended stay in Paris. It is located on the 3rd floor, accessible by lift.
The apartment has an open floor plan. The living room features a plush sofa and a flat-screen TV, the perfect space to relax after sightseeing in the city. There's also a dining table big enough to seat four people.
The kitchen is equipped with essential cookware and cutlery, including a stove, an oven, and a microwave, that you will need to whip up a delicious meal.
The bedroom has a queen bed with complimentary hotel-quality linens for maximum comfort. There's also a washer and ironing equipment for all your laundry needs.
The bathroom has all the amenities you'll need to freshen up, such as a shower, a toilet, and a sink. Clean towels and complimentary toiletries will also be supplied for your convenience.
The apartment is always professionally cleaned for your comfort.

Other things to note This property is a self-check-in property, and you will be requested to verify your identity before being able to check into the flat. You can check in any time of the day as long as you respect our standard check-in time (2 PM).
There is a zero-tolerance policy for smoking on the property. If our team discovers evidence that this rule has been breached (e.g., smoke smell, ashes, butts, etc.), we fully reserve the right to charge a €300 smoking fee at a minimum.

A security deposit will be required for your stay. The full amount will be refunded to your credit card if no damage is found by the property.
