The property is close to various attractions (e.g. Palais Garnier), good restaurants and shops, and the Saint Lazare station is just two minutes away, so guests can easily travel and explore the city!

Bright and tastefully decorated, this lovely 67m² apartment is located on the 5th, accessible by an elevator!
This apartment is designed with an open floor plan. The living room features a large sofa, a wide-screen smart TV to watch all your favorite shows, and a dining table for four. There's also a private balcony to enjoy the fresh air and view.
The kitchen is fully equipped with essential cookware and cutleries that you'll need to cook delicious meals, such as a cooking plate, an oven, and a microwave. The apartment also has a washer and ironing equipment for your laundry needs.
The main bedroom has a double bed, and the second has a comfortable sofa bed. Both beds are made with complimentary hotel-quality linens for maximum comfort.
The bathroom contains all the necessary amenities, including clean towels and complimentary toiletries.

There is a zero-tolerance policy for smoking on the property. If our team discovers any evidence that this rule has been breached (e.g., smoke smell, ashes, butts, etc.), we fully reserve the right to charge a €300 smoking fee, at minimum.
