Welcome to my 44 m² apartment on the 7th floor in the heart of Paris's 18th arrondissement. It is ideally suited for two guests and features a cozy bedroom with a double bed, a fully equipped kitchen, a modern bathroom and a balcony. Ideally located just 3 minutes from the metro, you'll enjoy a peaceful stay in the City of Light.
This apartment is available on a Mobility/civil lease only.
The space Welcome to my home!
The apartment is on the 7th floor and is accessible by lift. The entrance to this 44 m² apartment opens onto a bright and elegantly decorated space.
The living area has a comfortable sofa and a dining table accommodating four guests. It leads out to a balcony with a lovely view.
The fully equipped kitchen includes all the appliances and utensils you need to prepare your meals (oven, microwave, coffee machine, kettle, refrigerator, toaster). A washing machine is also available for your convenience.
The bedroom features a double bed (140x200), carefully made with complimentary hotel-quality linens and a closet to store your belongings.
The bathroom is equipped with a sink, mirror, and shower. The toilet is separate.
You'll have access to Wi-Fi during your stay.
For your safety, a smoke detector is installed.
The apartment is always professionally cleaned for your comfort.

Other things to note Please note that late check-in after 22:00 has a surcharge of €20. Check-in after 00:00 is subject to confirmation.
Renting this apartment requires a lease signature, constituting a legal obligation to be made in parallel with the reservation. Please note that you must complete the mandatory contract signing before your check-in.
There is a zero-tolerance policy for smoking on the property. If our team discovers any evidence that this rule has been breached (e.g., smoke smell, ashes, butts, etc.), we fully reserve the right to charge a €300 smoking fee, at minimum.
Please note that we also offer paid cleaning services during your stay: Complete package (cleaning + linen) Cleaning only Linen only If you would like to use this service, feel free to contact the team directly.
A security deposit will be required for your stay. The full amount will be refunded to your credit card if no damage is found by the property.
