Welcome to my 36 m2 apartment in a quiet area of the 13th arrondissement.
It comfortably accommodates 2 people thanks to its bedroom, beautiful modern bathroom, and fully equipped kitchen.
Ideally located a few minutes walk from the metro and the tramway, you will be close to Butte-aux-Cailles, a charming lively area.
This apartment is only available as part of a mobility lease.

The living area features a plush, comfortable sofa and a large TV for your enjoyment.
The fully equipped kitchen offers everything you need to prepare your meals, including an oven, microwave, kettle, toaster, and coffee machine. It also includes a cozy dining nook for two. A washing machine is also available.
The bedroom boasts a queen bed (160x200) made with care, using hotel-quality linens. A closet is available for your belongings, making you feel right at home.
The bathroom features a sink, mirror, and shower, with separate toilet facilities for added convenience.

For your safety, a smoke detector is installed, and the apartment undergoes professional cleaning between stays.
This apartment is available only under a mobility lease (30 days).

Renting this apartment requires a lease signature, constituting a legal obligation to be made in parallel with the reservation. Please note that you must complete the mandatory contract signing before your check-in.
There is a zero-tolerance policy for smoking on the property. If our team discovers any evidence that this rule has been breached (e.g., smoke smell, ashes, butts, etc.), we fully reserve the right to charge a €300 smoking fee, at minimum.

A security deposit will be required for your stay. The full amount will be refunded to your credit card if no damage is found by the property.
