Welcome to my 125 m² apartment located on the 6th floor in the 8th arrondissement of Paris. It can comfortably accommodate up to 6 people, featuring 3 bedrooms, a fully equipped kitchen, and a bathroom.
Ideally located just 4 minutes from the metro, you can enjoy a pleasant stay in Paris.
Please note that this apartment is only available under a mobility lease.

Step into this elegant 125 m² apartment and discover a bright, refined, and meticulously decorated space. The property is located on the 6th floor and accessible by lift. Please note that this flat is located in the heart of Paris, on a quiet, family-friendly street. We kindly ask guests to respect the tranquil atmosphere and avoid hosting large parties or loud activities during their stay.
The living room invites you to relax with its comfortable sofas and large television, perfect for your entertainment. The adjacent dining area features a spacious table that seats up to six, ideal for sharing meals in a convivial atmosphere.
The modern, fully equipped kitchen provides everything you need to prepare your favourite dishes: an oven, microwave, kettle, toaster, coffee machine, and much more.
The apartment boasts three comfortable bedrooms. The first includes a king-size bed (180 x 200 cm), the second has a queen-size bed (160 x 200 cm), and the third, perfect for children, is furnished with two single beds. All beds are dressed with high-quality hotel-style linens, and closets are available for storing your belongings to make you feel at home.
For fitness enthusiasts, a treadmill is also provided, allowing you to stay active during your stay.
The apartment has two bathrooms: the first features a sink, a large mirror, and a bathtub, while the second includes a shower and a toilet.
Wi-Fi is available throughout your stay.
For your safety, a smoke detector is installed, and the apartment undergoes professional cleaning between each booking.

Renting this apartment requires a lease signature, constituting a legal obligation to be made in parallel with the reservation. Please note that you must complete the mandatory contract signing before your check-in.
There is a zero-tolerance policy for smoking on the property. If our team discovers any evidence that this rule has been breached (e.g., smoke smell, ashes, butts, etc.), we fully reserve the right to charge a €300 smoking fee, at minimum.

A security deposit will be required for your stay. The full amount will be refunded to your credit card if no damage is found by the property.
