Welcome to my 37m² apartment on the ground floor of the 6th Arrondissement in Paris. It can comfortably accommodate two people, with its bright living room, its bedroom with a double bed, fully equipped kitchen, and bathroom.
Ideally located minutes from the metro, you can enjoy a quiet stay in Paris.

Situated on the ground floor, this modern and tastefully decorated 37m² apartment is close to various top attractions in Paris, such as Jardin du Luxembourg!
This apartment has an open floor plan. The living room features a large sofa, a wide-screen TV for watching your favourite shows, a desk and a dining table for four.
The kitchen is fully equipped with essential cookware and cutleries that you'll need to cook delicious meals, such as a stove, an oven, a toaster, a microwave, a kettle and a Nespresso coffee machine. The apartment also has a washer and ironing equipment for your laundry needs.
The bedroom has a double bed (140x200) with complimentary hotel-quality linens for maximum comfort.
The bathroom contains all the necessary amenities, including a hair dryer, towels and complimentary toiletries.
A smoke detector is installed for your safety.
You will have access to Wi-Fi throughout your stay.

Renting this apartment requires a lease signature, constituting a legal obligation to be made in parallel with the reservation. Please note that you must complete the mandatory contract signing before your check-in.
There is a zero-tolerance policy for smoking on the property. If our team discovers any evidence that this rule has been breached (e.g., smoke smell, ashes, butts, etc.), we fully reserve the right to charge a €300 smoking fee, at minimum.
