Welcome to my 35 m² ground-floor apartment in the 10th arrondissement. It comfortably accommodates two guests and features a bedroom with a queen-size bed, a kitchen, and a bathroom.
Ideally located just 3 minutes from the metro, it offers a peaceful stay in the heart of the City of Lights.
This apartment is available exclusively under a mobility lease.

Renting this apartment requires a lease signature, constituting a legal obligation to be made in parallel with the reservation. Please note that you must complete the mandatory contract signing before your check-in.
There is a zero-tolerance policy for smoking on the property. If our team discovers any evidence that this rule has been breached (e.g., smoke smell, ashes, butts, etc.), we fully reserve the right to charge a €300 smoking fee, at minimum.

A security deposit will be required for your stay. The full amount will be refunded to your credit card if no damage is found by the property.
