This 1-bedroom apartment on Rue du Mont Cenis, in Porte Clignangcourt, is 45 m² and has been recently renovated (as seen in the last pictures). The fully furnished property has a modern bathroom, living area with a sofa, and a kitchen with a dining table and all the equipment to cook.
The apartment is located on a quiet residential street, but close to shops, restaurants, fast food stores, and all the essential amenities. The Les Puces de Saint-Ouen Market and the Paris Flea Market are both within walking distance, making this location ideal for bargain hunters.
What we liked the most
- The bedroom is spacious and has a wardrobe, double bed, and window.
- The colourful bathroom comes equipped with a bathtub.
- The kitchen has nicely tiled floors.
