Cet appartement est parfait pour un étudiant ou un couple. Le logement est entièrement rénové. Dans le salon, le canapé, la table du séjour et la table basse sont neufs. Dans la chambre, le lit et les deux tables de chevet sont neufs. Dans la cuisine, l'évier, le mitigeur et le plan de travail stratifiés ont été remplacés.
