This is a 45m2 flat on the 4th floor of a typical Parisian building: - A living room with TV - An open kitchen equipped with fridge, oven, microwave, freezer, dishwasher, hob, hood, etc. - A bedroom with a double bed 140*200 - A shower room with WC and bath and towel rack - Storage space - High speed internet (WiFi) and TV - Bed linen and towels provided
Neighborhood
Montmartre is a village where many artists live. It is very pleasant to walk around. Museums, cinemas, restaurants, bars, designer shops. Close to the Sacré Coeur, accessible in 10 minutes by foot or by public transport. Pigalle district downstairs, accessible by public transport (two metro stations, line 12) with its Moulin Rouge cabaret and numerous nightlife venues.

Arrival during the WEEK
- Check-in: between 3pm and 6pm
- An agent will contact you to plan your arrival and discuss key collection arrangements. Early check-in: between 10am and 3pm, subject to availability.
- Late check-in: between 7pm and 11pm, you'll need to collect the keys from our office.
WEEKEND arrival Saturday or Sunday: between 3pm and 11pm
Keys will be collected from our office near the Arc de Triomphe. We'll make sure your arrival goes smoothly, and we'll be happy to answer any questions you may have.
Last minute booking : For all bookings made up to 48 hours before your arrival, we reserve the right to hand over the key at our office one near to L’ Arc de Triomphe.
IMPORTANT:
Cleaning fee between 100 € and 250 € , depending on the surface of the studio/ apartment. You pay it only once for all your stay.
