Common spaces // Accessible to all tenants and fully furnished, the Common spaces include: a basement with a laundry area with washing machine and dryer. Ground floor: a living area with open plan kitchen, lounge and direct access to the garden and terrace. Outside: A garden behind the house with outdoor furniture and storage space for the tenants. Car parking in the courtyard is strictly prohibited.
