Common Spaces // Accessible to all tenants and fully-equipped, the Common Spaces include: A basement : with a cinema room, a fitness room, a shared toilets and a laundry room with a washing machine and a dryer. Ground floor : An open living space with an open-plan kitchen, a dining space and a living room as well as a veranda with a garden lounge and a storage space for the tenants.
