You will be the first to move into our newly renovated apartment. The flat has a fully equipped modern kitchen with everything from pans to a coffee machine, dishwasher, and oven. - The deposit and the landlord admin fee ("membership fee") must be paid prior to check-in.
*The check-out date must be communicated to the landlord before the due date (see "rental contract termination period"), regardless of the date entered in the booking request. Otherwise, the rent for the missing months before the contract expiration will be required.
Although the type of contract is fortnightly, please notice that (as only exception) in December and August contracts can only end on 31/12 and on 31/08.
