With a total of 4 flats and 21 rooms, the building features a laundry area and a courtyard, making it easy to unwind, meet new people, and enjoy all the perks of a flexible lifestyle from the comfort of your home!
You will be the first to move into our newly renovated apartments. Each flat has a fully equipped modern kitchen with everything from pans to a coffee machine, dishwasher, and oven. Next to the kitchen, you will find a large living space with couches to enjoy movie nights with your flatmates.

Firstly, please grab the following documents. You’ll need them in the next stage of your application, and you won’t be able to make a booking without them.
If you are a professional, you need to provide:
- ID or Passport
- Proof of income (3x higher than the rent and charges)
- Residence permit (signed employment contract or offer letter from your future employer should work too).
If you are a student, you need the same documents from your guarantor.

- Studio and one bedroom apartments: no age requirements (from 18 years old on)
- Required documents:

- Check-in/out:
- Check-in hours: Monday-Friday 10:00-18:00
- Check-out hours: before 12:00
- No check-in on bank holidays and weekends
- There must be at least three business days between booking date and check-in date

- The deposit and the landlord admin fee ("membership fee") must be paid prior to check-in.
*The check-out date must be communicated to the landlord before the due date (see "rental contract termination period"), regardless of the date entered in the booking request. Otherwise, the rent for the missing months before the contract expiration will be required.
Although the type of contract is fortnightly, please notice that (as only exception) in December and August contracts can only end on 31/12 and on 31/08.
*Regarding the properties in France managed by this housing provider: CAF assistance can be provided, the amount will depend on the tenant's situation.

Arrange your move-in date, key collection and anything else directly with your Landlord. As an extra security step, we will only transfer the first month's rent to the Landlord 48 hours after you move in, unless you contact us with a problem.
Remember: you have 24h to check your new home
If the property is significantly different to what our listing promised, let us know within 24h since you move in so that we can work to resolve it.
