This is a functional 8th floor, 4-bedroom apartment on Rue Charpy, Paris. It's got room to move and an uncomplicated flow, especially in the superbly equipped kitchen.
You're just moments away from the Metro too, so commuting is easy.
What we liked the most
- Baking croissants and sipping black coffee in the kitchen – extremely Parisian.
- Sneaking onto the balcony for a night cap – enjoy looking at the twinkling city lights.
- Getting your nature fix at Île de loisirs de Créteil – it's just a short walk away.
- Walking to class- This is by UPEC University.

Move in
Arrange your move-in date, key collection and anything else directly with your Landlord. As an extra security step, we will only transfer the first month's rent to the Landlord 48 hours after you move in, unless you contact us with a problem.
Remember: you have 24h to check your new home
