This apartment is located on the fourth floor of a building which is equipped with an elevator. It has central heating and central water heating. You can dry your clothes inside the apartment. A brand new 4 bedroom 1 bathroom apartment is available for rent on Rue de la Chapelle in the 18th arrondissement of Butte-Montmartre, just a short metro ride away from Gare du Nord. Featuring plenty of storage in every room, this pet-friendly apartment consists of a fully equipped kitchen area, three bedrooms, a bathroom with a bathtub, an extra toilet room and a dining area with a table and a television. Each bedroom is furnished with a double bed and a large full-length mirror wardrobe. The apartment is close to a supermarket as well as a tramway station, making every necessary amenity easily accessible. The area of the apartment is 100 m².

- Gare du Nord is just 3 metro stops away, perfect for those commuting outside of the city centre.
- The apartment has been recently refurbished - the tenants will be able to enjoy brand new furniture.
- We love the fully equipped kitchen, equipped with cupboards and all mandatory appliances.
- You will be provided with plenty of storage in every room, ensuring the apartment can remain tidy.
- Bedroom 3 has its own private balcony with 4th floor views of the area.
Things to keep in mind
- The apartment has a fantastic bathroom with a bathtub as well as an extra toilet room.
- Since we visited the property, a fourth bedroom has been added to the property, reducing the living-room size

Arrange your move-in date, key collection and anything else directly with your Landlord. As an extra security step, we will only transfer the first month's rent to the Landlord 48 hours after you move in, unless you contact us with a problem.
