A 15 m² studio apartment is to rent in the Passy area of west Paris. The apartment is located on the 7th floor and has some fantastic views of the city as well as plenty of storage for your belongings and a warm and welcoming feel to it. It would make a delightful home for students and young professionals alike.
Passy is Paris’s 16th arrondissement and is a luxurious and glamorous area. Here you will find unique and interesting restaurants, chic cafes, and atmospheric winding cobbled streets. Although popular with celebrities, this neighbourhood has plenty to offer anybody seeking a taste of the true Parisian lifestyle.
What we liked the most
- The balcony is a fantastic addition with spectacular 7th floor views over the rooftops, a brilliant place to watch a sunset.
- The apartment appears relatively spacious thanks to the white walls and pale wood floor.
- The bed is located under a slanted roof which which gives it a cosy feel.
- There is a Casino supermarket only a 12-minute walk from the property, ideal for last-minute purchases.
- This location is ideal for those looking to escape the main tourist destinations and experience authentic Paris.
