Petite studette située au coeur des Batignolles (Paris XVII) tout équipée au quatrième étage d'un petit immeuble parisien.
Nous l'avons récemment rénovée. Il y a une douche et une petite kitchnette. Les WC sont privés et situés dans le couloir juste à côté.
L'immeuble dispose d'un local vélo et est à côté du parc des Batignolles, métro. Beaucoup de cafés, restaurants et petits magasins très sympas.

The apartment measures 9 m², and is very compact. The studio has a sofa that converts into a double bed, a functional, partially equipped kitchenette, and a shower in the corner.
This apartment can be found on Rue des Batignolles in Paris's 17th arrondissement. The local area is characterised by pretty, classically Parisian streets filled with shops, cafés and restaurants. There is a healthy, fresh food market in the neighbourhood every Saturday, and also a grocery store just on the corner of the street.
What we liked the most
- The apartment has recently been renovated, and is therefore clean, bright and stylish.
- Despite being just 9 m², this studio is relatively well equipped for a comfortable stay.
- There is an ironing board in the apartment.
