Firstly, please grab the following documents. You’ll need them in the next stage of your application, and you won’t be able to make a booking without them.

IMPORTANT: After your booking is confirmed, you will need to pay the admin fee on the company website. Once this is done, the room is definitely booked for you. Then you will be able to connect to a personal account where you will need to upload your ID (front and back) or your passport.
