A bright, 19 m² studio apartment is available to rent in Paris's 3rd arrondissement. This property is cosy and the large, south-facing French windows bring in a lot of natural light. The kitchen corner is partially equipped but does not have an oven, and the living area has a comfortable sofa which converts into a double bed for when you want to sleep.

This apartment is situated on Rue Réaumur in the Arts et Métiers/République area of the 3rd arrondissement. The location is so central, that you can walk to places like Châtelet, the Louvre, and Hôtel de Ville in less than 20 minutes. You will also be living amongst bars, restaurants, cafes and shops - everything you need is here.

What we liked the most

  • This property is cosy and bright, thanks to the large French windows which let in a lot of light and look over the pretty street below.
  • The space saving sofa converts into a double bed.
  • The interior of the apartment is clean and comfortable.
  • You will be living in the centre of Paris - many famous landmarks are within walking distance.
  • The romantic Canal Saint Martin is just 5 minutes away - you may recognise this from Amelie!
